DIAGNOSIS IN CHINESE MEDICINE
Through careful observation, pulse and tongue examination, and consideration of physical and emotional health, we identify the underlying patterns of imbalance that give rise to symptoms. This holistic assessment guides the choice of acupuncture points, herbal formulas, and nutritional and daily practice guidance.

Food is one of the most accessible forms of medicine. Chinese nutritional therapy uses the energetic qualities of food - warming, cooling, nourishing, clearing - as well as nature’s signatures to guide food recommendations.
